For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we ask that sick dogs remain at home. We’re happy to issue a credit for cancellations due to illness, even if they fall within the 24-hour cancellation window. If a dog shows signs of illness while in our care: The dog may be separated from other dogs for safety. Owners will be contacted immediately and may be required to arrange prompt pickup. A veterinary clearance may be required before returning to daycare. If a dog is found to have parasites or a contagious illness that may affect other dogs or the facility: The dog may be sent home immediately. Owners may be responsible for any necessary cleaning or sanitation costs required to protect the facility and other dogs. By signing below, I confirm that my dog meets the health requirements for participation.

In the event of illness, injury, or medical emergency while my dog is in the care of Aces Acres, I authorize Aces Acres staff to seek veterinary care if I cannot be reached. I understand that every effort will be made to contact me or my emergency contact before veterinary treatment is sought. If emergency care is required and I cannot be reached, I authorize Aces Acres to transport my dog to the nearest veterinary clinic or my listed veterinarian. I agree that all veterinary costs incurred will be my responsibility.

I understand that dogs participating in daycare activities at Aces Acres will interact with other dogs and staff members. While Aces Acres takes every reasonable precaution to maintain a safe environment, I acknowledge that dogs are animals and that injuries such as scratches, bites, or other incidents may occur during normal play. By enrolling my dog in daycare services, I accept these risks and agree that Aces Acres and its staff will not be held liable for injuries resulting from normal dog play or interaction. I confirm that my dog has no history of aggressive behavior that could pose a risk to other dogs or staff.

By enrolling my dog in transportation services with Aces Acres, I authorize Aces Acres staff to transport my dog to and from the daycare facility and designated adventure location. I understand that: Dogs will be safely loaded and secured during transportation. Every effort will be made to ensure safe travel and supervision. Unexpected events such as traffic delays or weather conditions may occur. Weather-Related Bus Cancellations For the safety of all dogs and staff, Aces Acres’ Pawty Bus transportation may be canceled due to severe weather conditions, including but not limited to snowstorms, icy roads, heavy rain, or extreme temperatures. If the bus is canceled due to weather: You will be notified as soon as possible. Any reservations affected by the cancellation will receive a full credit toward a future service. No cancellation fees will apply in the event of weather-related service interruptions. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the safety of all our pups. I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with transporting animals and agree that Aces Acres and its staff are not responsible for injuries or incidents that may occur during transportation, except in cases of negligence.

Outdoor Play Disclaimer: Dogs attending Aces Acres should be prepared for outdoor play in all weather conditions. Dogs may get wet, muddy, or dirty while exploring and socializing. If you prefer your dog to stay clean, we recommend keeping them home on days when outdoor play may result in wet or muddy conditions.

Aces Acres Cancellation Policy

At Aces Acres, we take pride in reserving dedicated space, staffing, and transportation for each dog in our care. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies:

24-Hour Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be eligible for a credit, as your dog’s spot has been reserved specifically for them.

Sick Dogs
If your dog is showing any signs of illness, we ask that you please keep them home for the day. The health and safety of all dogs in our care is our top priority. In these cases, a credit will be issued even if the cancellation falls within the 24-hour window.

Weather-Related Cancellations (The Pawty Bus)
The safety of our dogs and staff is paramount. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the Pawsome Adventures on the Pawty Bus may be cancelled. If this occurs, a credit will be issued to your account.

Getting Dirty & Having Fun
Our days are filled with outdoor play, adventure, and all the fun that comes with it! Dogs may get wet, muddy, or dirty during their time with us. If this is a concern, we recommend keeping your dog home for the day.
